This hotel was really centrally positioned and the staff at the reception were there at all the hrs. The beds were comfortable and the other guests were usually respectful with each other so the atmosphere was ok.The air-con was off and on, but they fix it. Incredibly wonderful hotel and terrific area. I Certainly advise Hoi An Waterway Resort!

Wonderful place, almost everything is close by. Team are super friendly and well prepared and speak great English. You can find activities each night time and it´s a fantastic way to meet persons. Rooms and amenities are ok and towels changed on a daily basis. Only problem was beds are a little bit squeaky but that’s quite slight. Fantastic quality for the money!

Extremely wonderful and perfectly clean hotel. The location is great, precisely what we needed. Beds ended up incredibly comfortable. There wasn’t a great deal of the social environment but it really is excellent for an entire night rest. I loved my days here enormously and will probably book yet again for my next visit to Hoi An.
